As Communications Manager, I use HoneyBook to streamline client onboarding and communications by designing automated workflows and crafting customized email templates. These automations deliver timely, personalized messages to new and existing clients and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient collaboration and project management while reducing manual follow-up.

Microsoft Office
I am proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint, using these tools daily to create polished documents, analyze and visualize data, manage communications, and collaborate effectively across teams. As a Marketing and Communications Manager I lead the strategy, creation, and execution of email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp and Flodesk, aligning each campaign with client goals to drive engagement and measurable results. In Flodesk, I build automated workflows to support new client segmentations, ensuring timely, targeted communication based on audience behavior and preferences. I also have experience using MailPoet, which expands my versatility across email marketing platforms.
